Q: Does it have a bottom so I could arrange it to lie on its side and have the tissue open)ng face outward? And is it heavy enough to ho,d down the tissue box when pulling tissues out?

  • A: This is an open‑bottom slip‑on tissue cover. There is no solid closed base on the bottom. If you lay it on its side, the inner tissue box would slide right out of the open‑ended bottom gap. It was designed to sit upright, with the tissue slot on the top. Lying‑on‑its‑side will not work well for outward‑facing tissue dispensing. It contains wood + PP plastic material, so it has decent heft. When it sits right‑side‑up on a flat surface, its weight will keep it anchored firmly while you pull tissues out, and it will not lift easily.

Odd size

I like the design but there is no roadie box that fits it. If you want to use it with loose tissues (no box) it might work okay
