I did order this 9x12 rug but it was too large for my room when it got here so I have it wrapped up and ready to take to FedEx to return it but I ordered a smaller version of this rug and it came yesterday and it fits my room perfectly! The carpet is very attractive lays nicely and is exactly what I was looking for! This is the second carpet I have purchased from this company and they both are great! The only hard part is for me to return the 9x12 as it's very heavy and it was not easy to rewrap as best I could. Also I do not have a printer so it is making it difficult to find a way to print the label they sent to my email. If they had sent a code which could have been scanned by FedEx instead it would have been much easier for me as I could have had Fedex pick it up at my door instead of me carrying around a heavy rug especially at my age. The product is excellent but I wish that the return policy was a little easier with a code instead of a label that has to be printed.
