Beautiful design and wood but poorly finished on inside/gouged wood

Unfortunately, this is a bit of a split review. Beautiful design and natural wood that is true, but not well finished on the inside. It's gouged pretty heavily on the inside and some unfinished wood is showing through. It is not smooth at all. It's about 30 pounds and we're in our 70's, so repacking and lugging a return of this weight to a shipper was not an option. We kept it and put a basket on the inside to hide the gouges as the outside was fine. Color received pretty well matched the pictures on the website.

What you see online is not what you GET!

Unfortunately, the table received is much darker than the online picture. The table received is a dark brown versus the walnut color as pictured on the website.
