Village Hearth is the worst bakery - their Rye bread is the worst possible - even if I needed it for something special I would go to a different store - their products are cheap quality - I think they add paper to their bread dough

This is my favorite pumpernickel bread! It's always so soft but it toasts up well and is really good with strawberry cream cheese!
