Limited scope
My house, at lest the area where the boost is needed, well within the supposed area served by the unit. Even with professional installation, one room over still there is often only a 1 bar signal. Consecutive rooms are bedroom, living room, kitchen. The antenna is over the living room. In the bedroom, often the signal is still only one or two bars. I understand that the kitchen is shielded by appliances so I'm trying a second inside antenna. I'm a bit fearful of spending good money after bad.

Tmobile 5G - it will not work
Does not support Tmobile 5G. So when they say it works with all major carriers, it does. BUT, it does not work with all major carriers' technologies. AND, there is no fix.

Hello! We are sorry you are having issues. You are correct, we do say the system works with all carriers and it does. Band 71 (T-Mobile's 5G) Is not one of the Bands covered by this unit. We do have a booster that covers Band 71, the 710i. But generally the setup and cost is more than an end user would like to spend, so it is part of our Enterprise line. Cabin
Installed on a mountain cabin in Colorado. Towers were 8-9 miles away. Gives me a solid 2 bars and up to full 4 bars. The area I'm in can be windy so that may affect the signal. The strength is strong enough that I can stream from my phone or hotspot to my laptop.

It’s a good idea when it actually Works
Sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t I am 2 miles from a cell tower on top of a mountain and still my weBoost doesn’t pick up the signal. The antenna is very maneuverable but there is no specific instruction for how to aim it. My signal isn’t that much different. Shouldn’t the booster pick up the signal and boost it on my cell phone automatically without me needing to do anything?

Update
Well got the booster a month almost to the day I ordered it. Installation was easy only complaint was the two screws didn't fit the included Allen key. I went from SOS and 1 bar LTE to 3 bars 5G. For the electronic geeks it went from -128 dBm to -106 dBm. Highly recommend it.

It’s worth the price
Before getting the weboost product about five years ago, we used to have to stand in our kitchen take our phone, set it on the second shelf in the cupboard talk without touching the phone. We installed the Weboost outside antenna up correctly, then we put the transmission antenna in the house in a central location. Now we can walk and talk anywhere in our home.

A great choice to improve signal in your home
This product works as advertised. In my case I went from one bar to 4 after install. My only critique is the range of the whole home unit is really not the whole home. It really covers one room well and thats it. But in my case that is all I needed. Install was not complicated but took some time to get through attic areas. I recommend this product.

Not worth the money
They dont really make you aware that the only way this product covers the 5000 sqft is if you already have pretty decent service. At this point why would someone spend the money to get a little better service. We have terrible service and only difference we see in service is within 10 feet of the antenna.

Highly recommend Home MultiRoom
I have used weBoost for many years and the original product I had finally stopped working. I ordered the Home MultiRoom to replace the old one. Installation was very easy and the coverage for the rooms at the far side of the house is amazing. I live way out in the country with the cell tower very far away so this has improved my connection speed.

Didn't think it was possible but it is!
Closest cell tower 15 miles away and in the mountains. When our DSL went down we could not communicate or run our business. The WeBoost allowed us to become functional and prepare out for future outages. Thank you for a great product made in the U.S.

My third Weboost!
This is my third product, I have had two mobile units which worked very well and now this one for the home and I am equally as pleased. We had one bar and were missing calls. Now we have 3, and do not seem to be missing anymore calls. Plus, if we use WIFI we have a faster data connection through the phone. Would definitely recommend, make sure you follow the instructions for the best results.

Runs hot- and believe this shortens lifespan.
This is my second unit- the first worked well until it did not. ~ 4-years to the day on an open shelf in a ventilated closet... Original unit ran hot enough that I have installed a small cooling fan near the new ones as I am sure the running temperature is what killed the electronics. The new unit seems to run even hotter to include the power unit- think a redesign is in order; as a 4-year lifespan is a bit rough.

Outstanding
The reception at our Montana vacation home had gotten progressively worse over the last few years. Our location seemed to have us just out of reach of the cell towers. Calls to our phones would sometimes not even ring, and conversations were constantly breaking up, and unintelligible. Installation was fairly easy and not too technical. We cannot believe the difference this has made. Took us from 1 Bar to 4-5 Bars consistently on our phones. 30+ Db gain in signal according to the Apps that measure it. Highly recommend!
