This Autobot is from the new Netflix series Transformers War for Cybertron which he has been watching. I loved Tranformers as a kid so I have transformed many robots. I find some to be almost impossible for a child to do. This one was much more on his 6-year-old level, but it does say 8+. He needed just a little assistance. He really enjoyed playing with it as a tank as well as an Autobot fighting the Decepticons.
So much fun!

When I selected it I did think it was a little bigger but that is why reading is fundamental. Either way he loves the toy and it seems to be pretty durable as he tends to bangs things as most boys do. Good buy for a lil boy that loves action figure type toys.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gave this Wheeljack to my son for his 9th birthday, and he loves transforming it back and forward. However, he did had some opportunities at the beginning because some parts were too hard to move around, and he was scared it would break. After some help, the parts seemed to be easier to move, and since then he has not asked for any assistance while playing with it. His favorite part of it, is that when transformed into a car it is a functional toy car, that can be rolled around without issues. The toy is well made, and with durable materials to withstand hours of heard play. My son has already asked for other Transformers from this series.

The colors and everything else are true to the character in the series. If there's one thing I can say about this figure is that I had a few issues transforming it. However, my husband, who is a much bigger fan and way more experienced with these toys, had absolutely zero problems and said it was really easy to transform - so I'm marking that as user issues, not toy issues. As a matter of fact, we loved this Transformers Generations War for Cybertron Series Deluxe Elita so much, we decided we're going to purchase another one to keep in the box to add to my husband's collection. Would absolutely recommend this for all Transformers fans!

The design, colors, and execution that went into making this figure are great! Wheeljack is built solid so you don't have to worry about breaking a piece when transforming him. I would say he is relatively easy to transform but not overly simple.

Very durable and great quality, not small pieces that you would lose easily. This transformer is very easy to transform into the car or back to the transformer itself. It is slightly more difficult to transform compared to some others he has, but after figuring it out, both him and my three year old can do it with ease. Very sturdy, no loose parts and definitely the most realistic looking one we have seen. Great toy for any transformers fanatic!

He has been wanting Elita forever but we didnt think they even made her! So happy that they do because this boy is on cloud 9. Shes decently built so long as you arent rough with her. My son is 5 and knows this is not a toy to rough house with. Also it says it's for 8 and up but my son was able to look at the directions and figure out how to fully transform her in about half an hours time. I consider transformers to be a stem activity since it really gets his mind going. We will definitely be checking out some of the other newer transformers. If you have a son or daughter who is also obsessed with transformers, you should definitely check this one out!

It is made well and all the pieces move smoothly from one position to another. All the pieces are smooth around the edges so no worries of any scratches from the plastic either.

The paint quality of this figure is nice the only downfall of this figure is that its a little stiff and kind of hard to transform back and forth. Overall a pretty decent action figure just a little pricey.
