The chocolate flavor is actually really good and the better part it doesn’t feel like I’m actually don’t feel guilty when enjoying it. it’s an easy grab-n-go option, when I’m on my way out and it’s an easy 10 g of protein added to my diet. The other positive part is that my son loves it, so often times I’m fighting with him to share! The other good part that there’s no added sugars. They convenient, satisfying, and doesn’t take much space in the fridge, bonus- it’s an easy to grab options for a quick snack. It has become a staple in my house definitely would recommend! 👍

It helps that its giving you 10g of protien also no added sugar. 1 cup is also only 90 calories so a healthy little protein forward snack! This is kept refrigerated and does contain milk for my lactose intolerant friends. This pudding is very creamy and goes down smoothly without an aftertaste. Would purchase again.
