Too Small
Not wide enough for average boot, not adjustable to a wider boot size, mounting screws are of poor quality. Will try to trim the bristles to widen opening. If that doesn't work out it goes.

Wrong directions or wrong mounting hardware
As with Mike's review the box says 1/4" drill bit but that's too small for the included plastic anchor. Also as with Mike's review mine doesn't sit flat on the ground. Very poor quality control, I likely won't trust any of this company's products

Incorrect mounting hardware
The package states that you can mount it to a flat surface. It says to drill 1/4" holes. The anchors included require 3/8" holes. The anchors also stick up above the surface and won't allow a flat mount. In addition the base of the unit is not flat. It rocks back and forth on a flat surface.
