Disappointed in Customer Service – Great Product Until It Stops Working We loved our Yoto and used it daily. Unfortunately, less than a year after purchasing, it completely stopped charging. I provided Yoto with all the requested information — including receipts — but after two weeks of back-and-forth, I still haven’t received any real help. It’s been incredibly frustrating. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on Yoto cards that my child can’t use because the box no longer works, and the company’s customer service has been slow and unhelpful. It’s such a shame because the product itself is wonderful when it works — but when it doesn’t, you’re on your own.

Blocks charging port
The case is great except that it blocks the charging port. There's a hole there but it's not big enough to actually fit the charger, so you have to take the entire case off every time you need to charge it. Overall the case is great but this is a very dumb design flaw
