I put the screen on, there was a crack literally 2 hours later- I didn’t drop the phone or anything. It also does not allow what I want to type in a way it may be too thick but it was a complete waste of money.

The phone case is very nice and thin, however it does not slide in and out of your pocket like advertised. Every time I take my phone out of my pocket my whole pocket comes with it. It’s pretty annoying that I bought this case because the description said slides in and out of pockets easily

The screen protector creates a lag when typing and is not very responsive. The screen protector also chips easily. It's already chipped after 1 month of use. The privacy feature works.

Same as everyone else. Quality is subpar at best. It cracked within an hour after installation. $9.99 shipping for a free replacement is unacceptable. Returning it to Target and will try another brand.

I have owned multiple iPhones over many years. Every single one of them has had a glass privacy screen applied to them. I have no trouble installing them etc. Including previous versions from Zagg. I have NEVER cracked one, ever. The most recent version I have now tried 3x. Every one of them cracked in the first week. Quality and durability have been drastically reduced. Major disappointment.

Looks nice. Not very durable. On the first day, I have my phone and keys in a loose wear pants and it left a mark on it. Also, if you wear lotion on your hands, it will look greasy from touching it
Unbelievably fragile. Seems like Zagg is no longer a quality brand for accessories

Extremely fragile glass, this product is a complete waste of money. I received one of these and the glass cracked without anything even happening to it. I picked the phone up off of my bed and it had been cracked. The company sent me a replacement under their awful “warranty”, which requires you to pay $10 to actually receive your replacement. The new one broke within five hours of installing it. Again, nothing happened to it. I simply took it out of my car’s cupholder and it was cracked.

Installation guide/frame is incorrect. Holes did not lineup with pins on guide. This made installation tricky. Due to this I had to remove the screen protector, realign and install again. For some reason I feel like this compromised the durability, because in less than a week my phone fell from the coffee table onto the rug and the screen protector cracked. This never happened before.
