Not worth the price.
Phone slipped out of my pocket from the couch and the screen completely cracked. 2nd time this has happened not sure if the privacy glass is made weak compared to the regular one which I had previously for over two years with no problems.

Screen Protecter Broken !
Well it was easy to put on and I like the tool provided. Quality wise im not sure if the screen protecter was supposed fit the whole phone cause of the privacy. It wasn’t really really fitting my phone even its for my phone. Second of all I know it’s a screen protecter and it’s supposed to protect my phone but I dropped it on accident and the side corner of the protecter broke :)).

Quality must have change
I used this screen protector for my 12 pro max and it did wonders for years. I just bought the screen protector and my phone fell on carpet and I got cracks on all edges and one hole right in the middle. Definitely low quality. I'm so disappointed

Cracked in just a few weeks
I have only had this protector 3 weeks and it's cracked already without anything happening to cause the crack. I registered it so a replacement is on the way after paying $10 shipping but I could have just gotten a cheap protector since they have always lasted much longer.

Easy to install... way to easy
Easy install, back in the days I’d pay the mall kiosk guy to install protectors for me. As soon as I applied the shield protector ou can’t even tell there’s one on! I felt like the guy at the Mall repair kiosk guy!

waste of money
I put the screen on, there was a crack literally 2 hours later- I didn’t drop the phone or anything. It also does not allow what I want to type in a way it may be too thick but it was a complete waste of money.

I have owned multiple iPhones over many years. Every single one of them has had a glass privacy screen applied to them. I have no trouble installing them etc. Including previous versions from Zagg. I have NEVER cracked one, ever. The most recent version I have now tried 3x. Every one of them cracked in the first week. Quality and durability have been drastically reduced. Major disappointment.

Unbelievably fragile. Seems like Zagg is no longer a quality brand for accessories
Extremely fragile glass, this product is a complete waste of money. I received one of these and the glass cracked without anything even happening to it. I picked the phone up off of my bed and it had been cracked. The company sent me a replacement under their awful “warranty”, which requires you to pay $10 to actually receive your replacement. The new one broke within five hours of installing it. Again, nothing happened to it. I simply took it out of my car’s cupholder and it was cracked.
