Clear 8x10 frames are typically made from clear acrylic or from an MDF frame with a plexiglass front. You’ll see both full-acrylic frames (with acrylic glazing) and MDF-frame variants that use a plexiglass front.

8x10 clear acrylic frames are available as tabletop/freestanding displays and as wall-mountable frames. Many models support both landscape (horizontal) and portrait (vertical) orientations.

Many clear acrylic frames use magnetic corners or built-in magnets so you can separate the acrylic panes and slide photos in and out quickly for easy changes.

Double-sided or block acrylic frames are made from two thick acrylic panes fused into a solid freestanding block. They let you display images on both faces and provide more weight and a sturdier feel than single-pane frames.

Wipe frames with a soft cloth or the included microfiber cloth and avoid using glass cleaner on acrylic. Remove any protective film before first use and clean gently to prevent scratches.

Glazing materials include acrylic glazing on many frames and polished plexiglass on some plexiglass-front models.

Extra-thick block frames are shown in constructions such as two 11.5 mm panes forming a 23 mm block and versions using two 18 mm panes forming a 36 mm block.
