Common substrates are paper, paperboard, and canvas (including thick cotton/poly blend canvas).
Protection methods include printing with fade‑resistant inks and using gallery‑quality acrylic glazing that shields artwork from UV rays and light exposure.
Common styles include ornate vintage-tapestry designs (often pairing peacocks and dragons), TV/movie tie‑in imagery for screen-based dragons, and classical or mixed‑media paintings such as Saint George and the Dragon.
Terms that suggest higher‑fidelity reproduction include giclée (Giclee) printing and mentions of high‑resolution artwork or fine‑art reproduction processes.
Framed fine‑art pieces commonly use giclée printing with fade‑resistant inks and may include gallery‑quality acrylic glazing. Unframed posters typically use high‑resolution or glossy printing on premium poster paper; some wall art is printed on gallery‑wrapped cotton/poly canvas.
Common presentation styles include wood and plastic frames, narrow decorative moldings, floater (float) frames, and gallery‑wrapped (frameless) canvases; framed prints may also use acrylic glazing for protection and a polished look.
