Guides describe several exit options, including wholesaling to another investor, fixing and selling at retail (flipping), or holding the property as a rental for positive cash flow, plus staging and pricing tips to sell quickly when needed.
Several books state that beginners can get started with little to no prior experience and often without a lot of personal cash, presenting systems and financing approaches aimed at newcomers.
