Water resistance varies by product type. Small item tags typically advertise general water- or sweat-resistance and some list certified ratings such as IP67. Wrist trackers and smartwatches may list higher ratings such as IP68 or water resistance described in meters (examples up to 50 meters).

Screen sizes range from very compact displays (around 0.76 inches) to larger faces (for example 1.36 inches or 2.01 inches). Some watches report size in millimeters (for example ~39–40 mm), and displays come in round or square shapes.
