TubShroom drain protectors are made from either silicone or stainless steel, depending on the model.

They sit inside the drain and trap hair around the device; to clean, lift it out and wipe the collected hair away—no tools, chemicals, or untangling required—then reinsert.

They are designed for bathtubs and bathroom sinks, with some models specifically listed for sink use and others for tubs.

Some multi‑size stainless‑steel models include adapter sets; documented adapter sizes are 1.25", 1.5", 1.75" and 2".
