The Terastal Phenomenon lets Pokémon Terastallize: a Tera Jewel appears and the Pokémon’s body glistens. Each Pokémon has an assigned Tera Type that activates when it Terastallizes; if a Terastallized Pokémon uses a move that matches its Tera Type and at least one of its original types, that move receives an extra power boost.
