Possibly re-wrapping and or weighing of packs.
It seemed that the box was wrapped oddly. And I literally didn't pull anything. The top card i pulled was 4$ . No masterball cards at all. I've seen about 50 of these boxes opened and everyone of them had something of value in them. Feels like the packs may have been weighed and rewrapped.
