How To Contour
A flawless contour method isn’t just the secret to selfie success—it’s a technique you can use everyday. Before you start, make sure you’ve washed your face & applied foundation. Emphasize the angles you want to show off, while softening harsh edges you don’t.
Define
Use a contour brush to blend your makeup in a circular motion from your ear to the corner of your mouth. A larger brush is ideal, but if you need a tighter line, gently squeeze the bristles while you apply.
Highlight
Your highlighter should be the opposite of your contour color. Apply it to the areas where the light usually hits—your cheekbones, under the arch of your eyebrows, the center of your forehead, nose, cupid’s bow & chin.
Blend & seal
To finish, set your face with a translucent setting powder to keep your makeup in place all day. Remember, the fewer times you touch your face, the longer your contour will stay.
