    I bought this item recently for my bachelorette trip, and while I love the bag itself, I don’t love the “script initial” option for customization. The letters seem too far apart and uneven. Would recommend “script name” instead.

    LOVE IT!!! great color, nice pockets, well made! my only complaint is i couldn't get it personalized bc the matching thread is not offered for this color like some others. so now i’ll have to take it somewhere else to personalize it which is inconvenient for me and a loss of revenue to lands end. are SO many threads out there that i cant imagine that there is any reason not to offer matching threads to all the less than 2 dozen colored totes you offer.

    So much space!

    I bought this for a work tote and it’s perfect! The quality feels amazing and I added the chain which gets a lot of compliments. I can EASILY fit my laptop in with plenty of extra space so it will be perfect for conferences!

    Totally obsessed with this. I hate the look of traditional diaper bags and had been using a tote to carry diapers, wipes, snacks, etc. Having the pockets is a game-changer. It’s sturdy, zips at the top, has long handles like I like… it’s perfect.

    Beautiful, trendy tote

    I recently purchased this tote. It is the typical LE excellent quality. Thick canvas and pretty colors. The three contrasting shades of purple match so well. LE should make more totes with contrasting colors- this is a very nice option and might become a trend.

    Always IMPROVE the bags

    I bought the 2 bag straps for my all my LE bags, but there are no metal rings on my medium size bags? Also, the inside clip shrunk to little ones?! Please bring the larger ones back, or at least offer options. You’d sell a LOT more bags! Thank you, JLG

    I’m genuinely floored at the quality. I thought it would be like, nice. But this is so thick and fantastic and so cute. love the zipper and all the pockets and key clip.     This bag is not particularly sturdy or well constructed. Also, the monogram page shows the embroidered image stacked onto the monogrammed name or word, but that is not how it is made Overall, the bag is cheap quality and it is unreturnable. Competitior product is far superior quality and is also returnable

    Exactly what I hoped for

    This bag is beautiful! It’s exactly what I wanted. I’ve never ordered from here before, but I’ve had friends who bought these bags as teacher bags. I’m not teaching anymore, but I still always wanted one. It’s a little bigger than I thought, but that’s not a problem for me at all. I mention that because I almost got the XL so I’m really glad I didn’t.

    Feels Cheap

    I’m sad that the quality of this tote has gone downhill. I bought one about 10+ years ago that was so sturdy and well made - it served me well for many years. The one I purchased recently is so utterly cheap and flimsy…every time I look at it, I’m disappointed. I wish I had kept my old one.

    The extra large tote does not stand up correctly. The canvas is not stiff enough. It does not perform as pictured. Regular handle is too long.
