Salty brick of Monterey Jack
I've bought generic Monteray Jack my entire life but never tasted a block so salty. It was unbelievable, I literally could not taste cheese. Perhaps this is the company's way of reducing all the "moldy" complaints below. If so, they've made an even larger mistake.

I never write reviews however was at Tampa target tonight and bought this cheese as I didn’t wanna stop again at the grocery store. I was making a potatoe soup I make 100 times and this ruined my soup. It is processed to a level can’t explain. It didn’t melt, it coagulated, stick to the bottom of the pan, and made a hot mess. I will NEVER EVER EVER buy this complete crap od a cheese block again! I can’t even explain the grossness!!
