We ordered this Owala water bottle in a specific color way for my daughter’s first day of 1st grade. The item was received 4 days later than promised. School had already started AND the water bottle received is not the color way we ordered and now the one we ordered is out of stock. We were never notified that the one we ordered would not be what we were receiving. Now I have the wrong water bottle and we are a week into the school year where the kids are required to have water bottles. We love these water bottles but not this delivery/order experience.
