BlueProton bait and switch the image. It's clear from other users. Please follow these instructions. Don't open it yet. Check the pack carefully for any signs of resealing — edges, wrapper integrity, and if you do open it, immediately scan the code card on the Pokémon TCG Live app and see if the cards shown match what you pulled. If they don't, that's concrete evidence of fraud and completely changes your chargeback case.
