I purchased this because I wanted to increase the Omega-3 in my diet to help with my extremely dry skin and my slightly high cholesterol level. I wanted to avoid fish oil Omega-3 supplements because they upset my stomach and cause foul tasting burps. I'm on my 3rd week of taking this Vegan Algae Omega-3 supplement and it hasn't upset my stomach or caused burps. Plus my skin is becoming less dry. I'm happy with the purchase and hope with continued use my skin will become even more hydrated and my cholesterol level will be normal the next time it's tested. I recommend this for anyone to try, and especially if they want to avoid fish oil supplements.
