Q: This says 40 billion....BUT all the other sites say 50 billion?...is this a different version?

A: I noticed that a few months ago too. I don't think "place of purchase" matters, unless they have an older package with the previous 50 billion. My sense is this is a permanent change although the image on their website still shows a 50 billion quantity.

A: I believe the 50 billion is the updated version. I have also noticed that as well. The 40 billion worked just fine for me -- helped me out many times when I thought I was coming down with something, in case anyone is considering it.

I don’t know if there was a formula change or what but my body cannot tolerate this previously trusted brand. Garden of life in general was a very trusted brand in my household and community. Now I can’t tolerate it and have severe side effects. I’m devastated and don’t know what to do now.

These gave me like severe cramps I hadn’t felt before. I thought my appendix was bursting. I first noticed my pee started smelling weird so I thought oh I have a UTI. But then realized I had started these around Christmas and these were causing all the weird symptoms I’ve been having. What a bummer.
