    Frame issue

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is fine, but the cable remote no longer controls the volume. Had to purchase an additional remote eye from another manufacturer. For a TV that is made to have a frame you should not have to make alteration for the remote to work.

    Incredible color!

We’ve had it for a little over 2 weeks, and gave our other Samsung tv to our maintenance guy at the senior apartments where we live. Our previous Samsung didn’t have a thing wrong with it. The new Samsung has wonderful color and clarity, and no reflection from the windows. The only negative comment would be your teeny, tiny remote. I need to use a magnifying glass to see what I’m doing.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want this tv to work as well as my other tv. It does not. you cannot fast forward to an accurate spot. Turning the tv on takes a long time to wait and figure out which button you need to press. There is no way to figure out if there is any free artwork. Why have a frame if you cant have artwork? I have not figured how to turn off the tv without using the microphone. BUT, it does sit close to the wall. Too bad the “frame” is extra.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this TV. It is the right size for my bedroom. I love the brightness, the contrast, and the intensitiy of the color.. I'm pleasantly surprised every time I turn it on - it's beautiful. The only "con" I have is the remote. It is the most difficult remote I've ever used. The instructions are very limited and even after having this for a few months now, I'm usually guessing every time I use it. I use my Comcast remote for almost everything I need to do. This is the only reason I gave the rating 4 stars vs. 5.

    Samsung Frame TV review

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The primary reason we got the Samsung Frame tv was so we could display artwork when not watching tv. Resolution and vibrancy for this is outstanding. Many pieces of art look like actual artwork, not a picture. Only complaint I have is that the tv speakers are on top of the TV. We have high ceilings do the sound is really loud upstairs when we need volume downstairs. Also, I’d recommend a professional installer. A local handyman might not have experience with these tvs. Is expensive, but worth it.
