Good versatile glue gun
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall it’s a good hot glue gun for a variety of projects . I bought to use for simple crafting and a little bigger projects. So far I like it. Like stated before the stand isn’t as stable as I’d hope. The glue gun gets knocked over easily.

Sucks
I have been using this product for awhile and it broke after a month or so maybe for a small one time project but never buying another from here again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I was skeptical reading other reviews but I must say this is one great product. This glue gun idoles the job above and beyond. Almost no drip, good heat and good amount of glue. On the change (add) of new glue stick, must be done right but with the right way it is just fine! I bought this for little home DIY projects and it’s perfect! Also fun to use! I recommend this product to anybody who wants to upgrade from mini glue gun and for starters as well.

I love this glue gun
My TR550 has served me well in the last 8 months - it fits well in the hand, and the broad trigger lets me control the flow well. I use it on plastic, wood and at 380 degrees it heats up and holds well. The flip-down drip holder and stand could be a bit wider, but overall it's an excellent product - however, after 8 months of use probably once or twice a month it has stopped heating up at all. Is there a fuse or something inside i can change, as I love this gun!

GOOD FOR DIY PROJECTS
The glue gun itself is great. It holds regular glue sticks, heats quickly and the trigger handle is very easy to use. I gave a low rating because I HATE the stand. The glue gun will not stand up easily and falls down every time I use it. While creating projects it is beyond irritating to have the gun fall over every time you use it and try to pull out the stand and reseat the gun. (I have another glue gun that is over 10 years old with a metal stand that folds easily and works great.) Arrow needs to correct the design flaw in this stand... it doesn't work and is an irritation to use.

The new ARROW glue sticks I bought won’t feed through. Way to small of diameter.
Quality control issues. Glue sticks don’t fit. Original sticks worked fine.

Hello - Arrow’s standard glue sticks are classified within the 1/2-inch class, which is the standard for glue guns. However, the actual dimension is closer to 7/16. The specification is .448 ±.010 inches. If the glue sticks don't fit snugly, that shouldn't be a problem. Please make sure you didn't purchase the mini glue sticks, which have a diameter of about 5/16-inch, or 8mm. Those would definitely be too small for your glue gun.
