I love this kind of convenience food! Stores in the freezer just a couple of minutes in the microwave and you have fresh green beans! This makes it easy to eat your vegetables. How can you sell these green beans when there’s so many bad ones in them? before I can eat some of them, I have to lay them on a plate and pick out the bad ones. I know green bean quality has really gone downhill but how can you call these beans good. How can 82% of people buying this? Think that they are five stars where are they getting these packages from that are good beans I probably got 20 to 30 packages of these from Kroger. I should’ve taken them back, but I didn’t, but I’m not buying anymore.

It’s okay. It doesn’t taste like green beans. Unless you bake them the water states inside of them which ruins the dish sometimes. I wouldn’t eat it by itself either.

This used to be my go-to for green beans when I didn't have fresh ones on hand. But the last several times I purchased them, the quality has been terrible. The photo is after I removed the stems and the brown ones. The beans contain a lot of stems. I have cooked them the same way I have for years, according to the instructions on the package, but when finished, some are a brownish color, some are shriveled looking as though they were frozen that way. This is not from freezer burn, they are just really low quality. They don't have the nice bright color they used to have. I even tried reducing the time I microwave them, but it different change the bad quality. They still come out with lots of stems and with some brand brownish. I also noticed some have hard seeds in them that are larger than I would have expected. I am changing brands. I don't want to waste more money on an inferior product. Something has changed at Birdseye, whether they admit it or not. Either their growers have changed, their processing or quality control. Whatever it is, they lost a decades-long customer.

These green beans are perfect for adding in a quick stew or just throwing them in the microwave and adding it to a dinner. It is very cost-effective. I love that. It’s crunchy. The flavor taste good and it cooks fast. Highly recommend when a fresh option is not available.

I bought this product 5 days ago. Popped into microwave per instructions. Oh my goodness the beans were chewy, tasteless to a fault. So disappointed.

I have purchased the Birdseye frozen cut green beans for years. Lately, the quality has deteriorated. The batch I just prepared were full of hard stalks and not palatable. This has been my experience for a while. Sadly, I will no longer purchase this product again.

I've been buying the Birdseye Cut Green Beans for years and loved them and have been a staple in meal planning. But the last several times I've purchased them I've been disappointed in the quality, taste, and texture. They are now mushy, thin, and have no flavor and I've had to throw out the last two batches as no one will eat them. What on earth happened to my favorite go-to green beans??? Please tell me it is just a bad crop and not a permanent change....
