Amy's Organic Gluten Free Frozen Corn & Tomatoes Enchilada - 9oz

As a GF consumer, I've counted on Amy's for many years when I'm allowing myself processed foods on cheat weekends. But the cheese enchiladas I just had are much different from what I'm used to from this brand. The smell was more like a sweet Indian Masala but I gave it a taste and sure enough, it was super sweet. I can't say if they changed the recipe or there was an accidental sauce switch on this batch but it tasted like Indian food fell into a Mexican dish or vice versa. I will not be buying this particular dish again after many years of this being one of my favorite go-tos. I adore Indian food and I adore Mexican food but I prefer them not to be accidentally mixed up. My very favorite is the green enchilada so I'm hoping that one hasn't also changed. I won't know for another month or so because who can afford to have these very frequently?

I was introduced to these enchiladas when arriving late at night to a hotel. They're surprisingly delicious and cheesy.

I usually don’t like “healthy” options. Often times, labels like organic or gluten free deter me from trying something because I usually equate it to dry or lacking in flavor but these are my favorite! Quick and delicious, I also like to sprinkle some extra cheese on top.

I placed my order around 2pm and it was scheduled to arrive between 3-5 pm. They kept delaying my delivery time until finally the last change said 9-10pm! I just canceled the order at that point and now have to wait 5-10 days for my refund! Not happy!!!!!

Alllll tortilla and no filling. The sauce is good, but the corn tortilla is thick and flavorless. No filling, just rolled tortilla.

My favorite for 20 years! Just the best, and the fact that it’s gluten free is a big plus!

It was a four because we need to add cheese. If you're ok with a light sprinkling of cheese then it's a five. We just like it cheesier.

Taste isn't too bad for a microwave meal, but it's way, way too greasy. I tried to blot it with napkins and still had trouble finishing it.

I’m not a vegetarian but this has always been one of my absolute favorites. Admittedly it does not look like the picture on the box and can be a bit greasy but..who cares how it looks it really tastes great! i enjoy it 🤷🏻‍♀️

Too greasy and no discernable vegetables - Amy's tamales are much better

I really like the taste! It has none of the yucky feeling like you get after some Mexican restaurant food! Added some sour cream! It was yummy!!

Has an amazing sauce. Only downfall, the tortilla comes out super dry.

This frozen meal is so nasty. It was very greasy and didn’t have good flavor. It wasn’t worth the price at all. Lean cuisine has a much better enchilada that’s way cheaper

Tomato, cheese and corn, where? This misshapen “enchilada” looks nothing like the photo and you can barely tell what ingredients are inside it. It just tastes like cheese and grease. So much grease that it was literally swimming in it. Usually Amy’s meals are pretty good but this was nothing but disappointment.

Tasted ok but it gave me excessive gas almost immediately. Must have been something in it because I never have any gas of any type so very bizarre
