    Always in my freezer!

    I always have uncrushables at the ready in the freezer for both my three kids under age 7, and myself and my husband! For us adults, they are a quick carb with a little bit of protein before a workout that gives just enough of a boost. For the kids, this is an old faithful… Something for lunch on weekends, snacks on long car rides, or a replacement meal if they don’t like what’s for dinner.
