Description

Our creatively crafted, chef-inspired Alexia Seasoned Waffle Cut Fries are lightly seasoned with a flawless blend of sea salt, pepper, onion and garlic to create a distinctive taste unlike anything you'll find in your usual fry. Made with only high quality, non-GMO ingredients. Our potatoes and appetizers are par-fried before freezing, which means they are already partially prepared and only need to be cooked before eating. Simply heat oven to 425°F and bake 18-21 minutes for a half bag and 28-33 minutes for a full bag. Each order includes one 20 oz. bag of Alexia Seasoned Waffle Cut Fries.

  • A: Hi Judy! We recommend cooking the Alexia Waffle Cut Sweet Potato Seasoned Fries in a conventional oven or air fryer. We have included instructions for both below. You can also find them on the product packaging and on our website at www.alexiafoods.com. Conventional Oven: Preheat Oven to 425*F Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on a 11” x 17” baking sheet. Bake according to instructions above to desired color and crispness, stirring halfway through cooking time. Full Bag: 25-28 minutes Half Bag: 15-18 minutes NOTE: Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. AIR FRYER: Preheat air fryer to 360*F. Fill air fryer basket no more than half full of frozen potatoes. Cook for 12-14 minutes; slide out basket and shake halfway through cooking time. NOTE: Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY: KEEP FROZEN. Do not thaw. Ovens Vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. FOOD MUST BE COOKED THOROUGHLY. Internal temperature needs to reach 165*F (74*C) as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. New recipe is terrible

The new recipe is so disappointing. My whole family loved the old recipe and no one ate more than a couple of fries with this new batch and kept asking what happened. So incredibly disappointing. Will not be purchasing again (when we were very loyal customers to this product in the past).

These used to be sooo good. The flavor was great and the texture was perfect. Now the flavor is different and they are a mushy texture. So disappointing. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

Unfortunately, like many companies, they’ve added pea protein to these fries. Why sweet potato fries need pea in them is beyond me, but I will not be buying these anymore.

Awful Recipe Change

The new recipe is horrible! It tastes like mushy starch and sugar, not sweet potatoes. I'm a longtime buyer of this product and will no longer purchase from this company.

Should be labeled "spicy" seasoned fries

If you have a high heat tolerance than your fine, but for someone like me with a very low threshold for spicy... these were too much. The seasoning also took away from them being sweet potatoes. You couldn't even tell. And they go from almost cooked to burnt very quickly so be mindful of that.

Worst fries ever

They are incredibly greasy and no matter how you cook them they burn and are soggy and you need half the bag to make a proper serving of fries it's easier to just cut an actual sweet potato and cook that.

I'm hooked

I eat these as a meal with a dash of sea salt and a drizzle of chipotle mayo. They're straight up addictive. I love the chewy texture with a little bit of crispiness on the very edges.

Thinner product burns much faster.

Im not 100% sure but my latest bag of these seem to have been cut thinner. I discovered this while making them as I always do, same oven, same temp, same time. The new thickness or lack there of made them burn nearly to coals. Had to trash and recook. Half a smaller bag wasted. Is this due to shrinkflation?

Very hard to cook, made two batches both came out burnt although I did like the sweetness. Overall I would not get this again I did not like them🥲

Different than before but still good!

Not the same as they used to be. They’re greasier and the flavor is different, very cumin forward. But they’re still good! The grease though did kill my stomach.

Great taste thsts all

They taste good but are not air fryer friendly . I cooked three batches at different settings and they burned on one side or were mushy. Maybe I’ll try the oven if they’re on sale but I wouldn’t buy them full price again.

I Like the Taste

After reading about so many people having a problem with burning the fries I put them on a sprayed wire rack in a single layer in my air fryer for 8 minutes at 360°. The edges came out slightly over-crisped but were still good. I wish that they were a little thicker. I will buy them again if I can't find a thicker brand.

Good if you like yours a bit spicy

Just be careful it is a touch spicy and contains chili peppers, black, and red pepper. I read seasoned and didn't think it would be on the spicy side but everyone has different tastebuds
