alexia waffle sweet potato fries.
we love the "seasoned" sweet potato fries but it's a bit spicy for our kiddos. we have little pallete and they didn't approve this one because it's "spicy'. also a bit soggy for how we want the doneness.

They stayed soft and soggy. The more I left them in the air fryer the more burnt they got. The taste was okay.

Awful change to the product
We bought this over a month ago and it was good. So we bought this again and on tasting it we found it terribly hot to the taste and was not as crisp as before. The package had something added to the packaging saying 'Tastier than ever'. The change (with chili powder, black pepper and red pepper) made it a horrid purchase for us. Because of the added 'flavorings' it was impossible for us to consume it, it became trash. Won't be wasting our money on this ever again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not have an air fryer. I followed the oven process and ended up with mushy fries. Crinkle cut fries that are not crispy are a big disappointment. Most likely a one time purchase.

The new recipe is so disappointing. My whole family loved the old recipe and no one ate more than a couple of fries with this new batch and kept asking what happened. So incredibly disappointing. Will not be purchasing again (when we were very loyal customers to this product in the past).

These used to be sooo good. The flavor was great and the texture was perfect. Now the flavor is different and they are a mushy texture. So disappointing. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

Unfortunately, like many companies, they’ve added pea protein to these fries. Why sweet potato fries need pea in them is beyond me, but I will not be buying these anymore.

Should be labeled "spicy" seasoned fries
If you have a high heat tolerance than your fine, but for someone like me with a very low threshold for spicy... these were too much. The seasoning also took away from them being sweet potatoes. You couldn't even tell. And they go from almost cooked to burnt very quickly so be mindful of that.

Worst fries ever
They are incredibly greasy and no matter how you cook them they burn and are soggy and you need half the bag to make a proper serving of fries it's easier to just cut an actual sweet potato and cook that.
