When using this product: marked drowsiness may occur,avoid alcoholic drinks,alcohol, sedatives, and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness,be careful when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery.Directions
To prevent motion sickness, the first does should be taken 1/2 to 1 hour before starting activity. To prevent or treat motion sickness, see below.Adults and Children 12 Years & Over
Take 1 to 2 tablets every 4-6 hours. Do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours, or as directed by a doctor.Children 6 to Under 12 Year
Give 1/2 to 1 tablet every 6-8 hours. Do not give more than 3 tablets in 24 hours, or as directed by a doctor.Children 2 to Under 6 Years
Give 1/2 tablets every 6-8 hours. Do not give more than 1 1/2 tablets in 24 hours, or as directed by a doctor.Other information

A: Drowsiness is a side effect of the Dramamine Original formula. We do make products that are less drowsy and non-drowsy as well. I hope this helps.

These are super helpful for me when getting on a boat or the occasional car sickness. Ideally, you take these before you are feeling ill, but I love that they still help if I’m already feeling symptoms of motion sickness. I personally don’t notice any drowsiness or side effects.

Superior dramamine, the "natural" ginger dramamine does little to nothing for me, this however I haven't had any issues on flights, and I'm a frequent barfer on flights, pretty good case of motion sickness.

If you have the tendency to experience nausea in a car, plane, or boat then Dramamine is the product for you. A few things to note though. Make sure the Dramamine you buy is the one that contains dimenhydrinate in it thats the one specifically for major motion sickness. Make sure you take this tablet with a light meal an hour before getting into a car, plane, or boat because it will only work best when you give your body a chance to absorb the tablet. This is great for those that suffer severe motion sickness.

This did nothing to relief my nausea. If anything it just caused me to get drowsy and it also gave me heartburn.

Please please offer the 36ct in a pill bottle. Sometimes they come out of the pocket and crumble. Not safe with pets or small children around!

I've tried stuff for nausea for years and it eventually didn't work anymore but Dramamine never disappoints and Target is the only place I know that sells it in the 36 count it works quickly and settles my stomach all the way down I definitely recommend it !

This works well for both my husband and I. I don't like to fly so it helps calm my nerves, and he gets motion sickness so it helps relieve the nausea for him. Kills two birds with one stone as they say. Great product and all I've ever used to travel.

I would suffer with motion sickness since I was a child and these have been a huge help to me. I love taking road trips and these make it possible to enjoy those trips! They do make me drowsy but it's more of a relaxed state as opposed to having to sleep so that works really well for me. They are affordable and easy to find and also easy to swallow I highly recommend!
