Delicious For Frozen Salmon
This was my first time ordering this brand of salmon. I normally buy fresh sockeye salmon from Aldi, but it is quite expensive to do on a regular basis. Was looking for a cheaper alternative and found this. This is by far the best one I've tried yet. Its always moist and delish. I've even cooked it straight from frozen and it still cooked up perfectly everytime. Buying this frozen brand costed me the same if not slightly less than what I was paying at Aldi for 2 similar in size pieces. The package says it holds 3 servings, with a serving being 1 piece of fish. Simple math told me the package would only have 3 pieces of fish inside. I have no complaints. I got lucky and mine had 4 normal portion sizes. Those commenting on it being dry are just over cooking it. Try cooking it in a preheated 400 degree oven for 12-14 minutes and it'll be perfectly cooked every time! I will be buying this instead more often.

I have been ordering this salmon for ages and have never been disappointed. The taste is good and it frys beautifully. The fact that they are individually wrap allows me to use one or more at a time and I like that fact, too. Try it ... you will like it!

I tried these because I did not want farm raised salmon. Homicide investigation.Sockeye salmon is great if you like little to fat and flavor. The salmon is easy to cook and if not carefully can be over cooked easily. I cooked mines a little too long therefore I decided to make salmon croquettes. Those turned out great. I would buy this again if I wanted salmon croquettes but not just regular baked salmon.

Good & Gather Wild Sockeye Salmon in my freezer. The fillets are individually wrapped, which makes defrosting exactly what I need for a quick dinner so easy. The taste is fresh and robust—exactly what you expect from wild-caught fish. Some reviews have posted about worms in them, but the worms are dead so just remove them if you see them. It lived in a real ocean, not a crowded pen. It ate natural prey, not pellets, and it grew in a clean, functioning marine food chain.

You Do Not Want This If Gut Health Matters
I bought multiple bags trusting it is responsibly caught and handled. After prep, I am separating my fish (I’m very mindful while I eat and notice a worm). At what point from frozen to thawed in cold water to (cooking in avocado oil with simply pepper and herbs and chili oil) does the worm process occur?? This is not gonna cut it. I’m NOT about to created new problems for myself. I just tossed 3 bags from this last batch. Money lost.

My go-to brand for great salmon
We love this salmon. The pieces are individually wrapped and super convenient to pull out the amount you need. The pieces are large comparatively and sometimes we actually share a single piece. The taste is fantastic. Never fishy always mild and fresh tasting. This is my favorite salmon brand. Yeah over the tons I’ve made there has been a bone or two but only occasionally.

I like this salmon but I paid 13.99 and it’s was only 3 pieces of fish In the bag that’s diabolical. This price needs to come down less than that it’s not worth 13.99 more like 8.99 for 3 pieces and it’s definitely not 16oz.
