Q: What is happening to your new fresh scent travel packs in the red package? They are very stiff and have no moisture. Also leave white specks after use. Not at all like they used to be.

A: Typically these are moist and leave no residue. Recently, the ones I have gotten were great as they've always been. You can return them to the store and get a new one.

Q: Is this really HSA/FSA eligible? I tried to file for reimbursement and got rejected. I think only those wipes that can prevent COVID-19 and has at least 60% alcohol is covered

A: The wipes expire 2 years from the date of manufacture. We cannot verify its effectiveness past that date. The manufacture date can be determined by the LOT code stamped on the pack of the package. These have been my favorite wipes for over a decade now. I keep a pack everywhere (in my car, in my office, in all my purses, etc.) I never leave the house without them! But they’ve changed the material that these wipes are made of in the last few months, presumably to join the eco friendly trend, which would be great… but the wipes are now so weak and flimsy now. They tear when you try to pull them out the pack like flushable toilet wipes. And they leave a lint residue everywhere! Every time I use them my clothes and car are covered in lint. It’s beyond frustrating. It’s so bad that I’m now trying to find a new brand of disinfecting wipes to switch to.

Don’t buy these unless you plan to use up the entire package very quickly. Once you open the seal the wipes immediately start drying out & become useless. Better off buying the individual packets.
