I have always reached for the Lea & Perrins worcestershire sauce for many of my famous family dishes. I add it to my marinades. I add it to my meatloaf and Swedish meatball mix. It adds a zing that nothing else can provide. I like how a small amount goes a long way, and how it rounds out other flavors in a dish to better expand the profile of the dish. I can't make my been stroganoff or my pork or chicken paprikash without it.
