Description

These sweet & savory Alexia classics reveal how sweet potatoes and a hint of sea salt can play the perfect complement to any meal.

Cooking Instructions:
Air Fryer Prep: Preheat air fryer to 360°F. Fill air fryer basket no more than half full. Cook half bag for 10-11 minutes; slide out basket and shake halfway through cooking time.

Oven Prep: Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread frozen potatoes evenly across an 11"x17" lined baking sheet. Bake according to the chart below, turning potatoes over halfway through the baking time. Full Bag: 20-25 minutes. Half Bag: 10-12 minutes.

Q: Is the plastic packaging for these fries recyclable? I know some plastic food packaging is NOT recyclable in the plastic bag bins at grocery & hardware stores & I'm trying to avoid that.

    Overly sweet, i would not eat again if you paid me

    These have LOTS of added sugar to them and the sugar if very apparent in the taste. TOO sugary. I threw out most of the bag. ugh. I think it ruined them and would not recommend unless you think sweet potatoes should taste like that discussing casserole with marshmallows. Rather than eating these, roast chunks of sweet potatoes in oven....so good.

    GARLIC POWDER ADDED -- BEWARE

    why did you add garlic powder to these? and not explicitly say that it was added. it just says "with sea salt" on the front & you would assume that it's just with sea salt. garlic causes stomach upset for some people in my family and i wouldnt have purchased if it was clearly advertised.

    we used to eat these often and they tasted great. now they have garlic added and make someone in our house sick. i hope they change the formula back, otherwise I guess we’ll have to make our own fries.

    Disappointed in the switch to using pea protein!!!

    We used to buy these sweet potato fries but upon eating them recently I started having a allergic reaction. Luckily I caught it early but I was very disappointed to find out it was because of the change in ingredients to incorporate pea protein and pea flour. It is getting more and more difficult to find foods that are safe to eat because of companies like yours that makes changes to already great products to including these unnecessary ingredients. All of us in my household thought they had tasted better prior to the switch to using pea protein / flour. I hope your company will consider this feedback. Many people with peanut and tree nut allergies have issues with pea ingredients, but since it is not labeled as containing an allergen May consume it on knowingly such as myself.

    Increasing salt in this product, deal breaker!

    Can no longer purchase the sweet potato fries(nor can quite a few of my friends) because of the increased salt! Why in the world would you add so much salt to a wonderful products. VERY disappointed as it was the only Alexia frozen potato product I could consume because of higher salt content.

    NO LONGER LOW FODMAP

    You ruined these sweet potato fries by adding garlic and onion. Now these are no longer low FODMAP and the ‘organic’ sweet potato fries that do not contain garlic and onion are no where to be found in any store. These were my go to fries until they started making me sick and I realized you added high FODMAP ingredients when they already tasted great without it. I’m so disappointed.

    Changed a good thing!

    I just purchased these since they changed the sweet potato fries and didn't know until after I got home that they now added onion powder and garlic powder to them. So needless to say, I'll be returning them. I'm glad I checked the label again after seeing the new packaging. My child cannot have these new added ingredients, which is why we can't buy the sweet potato waffle fries. And, why we purchased this type of sweet potato fry because there was minimal ingredients and now you added all this extra stuff that makes it just another product my child can't have. Why not keep things as is and allow people that have autoimmune conditions and allergies to be still be able to enjoy foods like this. I hope you're not planning on adding new ingredients to the regular fries with sea salt. Because these are the only type of fries my child can eat now.
