Yummy is an understatement

Tastes like ice milk with sugar. milk and sugar first two ingredients and you can tell. I don’t think they are allowed to call it ice cream so they call it gelato.

Not like before
We have bought a lot of Talenti over the years and picked this one up for our grandkids. One of them said it smelled strange. I thought he was kidding but it did have an odd odor. The flavor was off. It was crunchy but the cookies tasted fake, not like real cookie crumbles. After reading other comments I agree the company must have changed the ingredients. We won't be buying again anytime soon. Very disappointed

Change for the worse.
We got the Caramel Cookie Crunch and I took a couple bites and thought something is wrong with this, the ice cream flavor does not taste the same and the texture even seemed a little off. It was my Son's favorite flavor and he also thinks something wrong or they changed ingredients. It's disappointing, I hope you change it back!

Knew and loved this flavor, took a bite and thought I got a bad batch, no, they changed the ingredients to cheaper ones. Taste like crap and will never purchase another product from my them again. Pathetic.

I do not like this flavor. I don’t like vanilla ice cream, and the sweet cream gelato is like that, but if vanilla was worse.

Tight Lid
I just bought my first product from your company and was so anxious to try it. I spent one hour trying to get the lid off and I gave up. I put it in my freezer and I'll try again tomorrow. I'm a senior citizen, and this has never happened to me in all the years I've been shopping
