Dry .... this did not taste like sourdough bread, only resembled a dry Italian bread. Toasting made it a little more tolerable. Only ate 2 pieces then threw the rest away. Would not recommend.

It’s just white bread and not good white bread. They added a slight sourdough smell but that’s as close to sourdough as it gets. Rustik Oven brand is good. Going back to that.
