I love these yogurts. The creamiest texture in the mouth they are smooth it’s amazing, it goes down your throat like a slide . I don’t have any know allergies. I would check the the ingredients. If you not sure . They are healthily. I shake mine before opening the lid and the smell is so fruity. Going to the fridge for something quick to snack on makes me smile when I see them . Activia is really creamy and keeps my stomach happy! The serving size and portion are great. It is not sour at all, the fruit taste is spot on. It is always fresh and delicious.

Activia mixed with many flavors. And there is 6 in the bag. And storage keep it in refrigerator. And it’s a good brand and great value too. And aroma frish fruit it’s delicious too.

Did not receive what I ordered. I vanilla instead this flavor.
