They’re pretty bland, but are nice and fluffy. Nice if you realllly want a bun for your burger. Unfortunately, they’re just like every other GF bread product and crumble when your warm food comes in contact with it. lol I did not warm them, just thawed and used the next day. Not sure if that played a part.

best tasting gf buns ive come across!! but PLEASE steam them or wrap them and put them in the microwave for a few seconds. they will come out so nice and fluffy!!! they almost have the taste and consistency of a pretzel bun.

Our favorite grocery GF bread
Of all the gluten free breads out there, this is hands down my favorite. It tastes the most like regular bread. This also does NOT taste like Udi’s sliced white bread. I will spend more money on these buns as they are delicious and the texture is great too. I of course wish they were a little cheaper as I can only make 4 sandwiches out of them. I even use these to make garlic croutons - drizzle olive oil, sprinkle salt, garlic powder and onion powder then lightly toast - YUM!

Disgusting
So disgusting these always ruin a sandwich. So dry and no flavor whatsoever, even adding butter doesn’t help. I rather deal with the consequences of eating gluten than eat these disgusting buns.

Gross! The buns pretty much disintegrated. Couldn't even finish eating. Ate the burger separately.

Great GF and DF bun!
I found these buns for the first time yesterday. Wow! I was so excited to find a GOOD hamburger bun that I can eat safely. Can't give it 5 stars with that horrid canola oil in it. Change that to avocado oil, and you have customers for life!

When I first discovered these, I bought them quite often. After a while, I got tired of the flavor/taste. I revisited them recently and am enjoying them again as long as I don't eat them plain. I was cooking dinner for my parents (who eat gluten) recently and decided to make some garlic bread using these. My dad loved them and wanted to know what they were because they were so soft and tender. So, while the flavor isn't necessarily my favorite on its own - the texture is fairly tender and airy for a gluten-free bun and it's easy enough to put a bit of butter or seasoning on them.

How come you don't have any information on the package on the best way to prepare the buns from frozen? I don't see anything on this website either. Surely you have product folks that test various methods for thawing and preparing and have identified the best method.
