I’m a mac & cheese fiend, so I was more than happy to be able to sample this Vermont white cheddar version. It was as reliable as all the other meals I’ve had from this Company. The pasta was cooked properly and not overdone, with good texture. The sauce was plentiful and flavorful! If you are watching carbs, this might not be the option for you, but I do love the 17 g of protein that it offers despite that. And in terms of calorie count, it comes in comfortably for me as well. I think this is an all-around good value and I would definitely buy it again!

After it was done, it was soupy but then the sauce thickened up. It did have a weird texture but you could definitely taste the white cheddar. The mac & cheese was also a very small portion.
