Used to love this but they have recently changed their packaging (no big deal) and product (big deal). It used to be very ‘sugary’ ‘scrub’ like… now it’s more gel like and no ‘scrub’ very disappointing. I went from being a regular to now will not be repurchasing at all and will be finding a new brand to buy from.
Was a staple, the new formula is horrible!

This was my favorite and kept the KP on my arms in control. The new formulation is terrible. It's soapy, artificial smelling and inconsistently gritty. Never purchasing again.

They changed the formula and it’s awful! I’m so sad this was my favorite body scrub and made my skin feel amazing and now it’s just like every other crappy body scrub you find at the drug store.. so artificial smelling and cheap feeling

I’ve been using this just before I shave and it provides the perfect amount of exfoliation to loosen and soften my hair and follicles pre shave! Outside of days when I shave, this has been a great product to scrub off all of my dead skins during these hot days. It leaves my skin smooth and glowy! Last, but not least, this product smells like a tropical vacation, leaving me smelly yummy after a nice everything shower!

I absolutely love this product. I’m a licensed nail tech and I use it in my manicures and pedicure treatments for my clients. They love the feel and the aroma. I love the new packaging. I am not in love with the new consistency of the product it definitely still gets the job done as far as exfoliation. But I do miss the old formula. The new formula reminds me of the tea hut line, and I really like that it was different compared to all the other exfoliation scrubs you could buy in store so to me it doesn’t make it unique any longer. But I will still continue to use the product.

I used to rely on your scrub because it was the only one that actually delivered results. Now, the new formula is a major letdown. It’s watery, lacks the necessary grit, and doesn’t exfoliate at all. It melts the moment you touch it, making it completely ineffective. You’ve taken a great product and turned it into something I can no longer use or recommend. Very disappointing.

I typically don’t use an exfoliate every day only because they can tend to be a little bit harsh for my sensitive skin, but I love using this before and after I shave my legs.
