I've always bought the beef one but switched over to turkey for less fat and sodium intake and it's pretty good. Has a slightly smokier flavor than the beef, and it's also a little dryer on the inside. Other than that it's good!

i’ve been researching a lot of my usual go-to’s and come to find out this sausage, and many other hillshire products, contain sodium nitrate which is a top cancer causing factor. please research before eating anything! this used to be my favorite meat to buy for dinners and lunches so i’m truly disappointed.

i really enjoyed the hillshire farm. turkey smoked sausage. the flavor was delicious not to salty and its perfectly cooked in yellowe rice . my whole family love it

These are the only brand of sausage I use. I have cut pork out my diet and these are a great substitution. It's not greasy and fatty like regular smoked sausage. I've used it in jambalaya and cabbage recipes as well. The smell is really good and the shelf life lasts for a few months actually.
