  • A: Hello and thank you for your question! We currently only make one certified kosher cheese, which is our Kosher Medium Cheddar 8 oz Block. However, all of our cheeses (with the exception of our Maker’s Reserve 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 cheddars) are considered vegetarian and do not contain any animal-derived ingredients besides milk.   • A: Hi John, thank you for your question! Tillamook Cheese is 100% real cheese, made with high-quality milk from cows not treated with rBST. The only ingredients we use are Cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes, and Annatto. In contrast, processed cheeses usually have a long list of ingredients including preservatives, emulsifiers, artificial coloring and flavors, and salt. We hope this helps!

Tillamook For The Win!

I love this cheese. It’s so smooth and flavorful, it melts excellently. I love its soft texture. If you love smelling cheese this is the one you’ll need. I feel they use the top and most freshest ingredients.

This cheese brand has the right amount of saltiness. I love this brand. The consistency is pretty good. The cheese almost melts in your mouth and can be paired with almost anything .
