Very disappointed with the additive
I am so disappointed to see a gum on the ingredient list. This impacts the texture and quality of the product, don’t like adding it to my coffee for that reason. Not going to purchase this product anymore and going to reconsider all of Horizons dairy products. I purchase 2 gallons of whole milk every 1-2 weeks but will likely switch brands because I’m annoyed.

Horrible and the orice is crazy.
What is going on? Why can't I whip this?! It used to be soo good. The last 2 I've bought are horrible. The gum just creates clumps.

Gellan Gum creates a worse product
The Gellan Gum added to the heavy cream creates an artificial texture and flavor. Does not melt naturally and beautifully into coffee for caffe con panna Normal heavy cream has a better texture and better taste than the one with Gellan Gum added. I hope Horizon Organic goes back to a cream-only option.

Sending in a request to remove Gellan Gum from your heavy whipping cream. Your product used to be one ingredient, as all heavy whipping creams should be!!! I will no longer purchase your product until you revert back to the original. Do better. Regards, a once loyal customer.

Shame that Horizon has stooped to the level of cheap HWC manufacturers and still charges the highest price for their inferior product. It clogs up and thickens around the pouring spout and my last pint was separating in my coffee, even after shaking the container. No wonder I've been needing the restroom after consuming this product. Never had and issue before!

Uses gellum gum as emulsyfier
I had used this product before I discovered that it had an added emulsifyier gellum gum. ALl of the manufactured emulsifiers have the potential to disrupt gut biome.

Not Pure Heavy Cream
I recently noticed that my coffee was not the usual creamy cup of coffee after adding Horizon Organic Heavy Whipping Cream. It resembled what coffee looks like after adding skim milk. On closer inspection, I discovered that gellan gum is an ingredient. The gellan gum was so thick that it clogged the pour spout. No thanks; I stopped by the grocery store and bought another brand of REAL heavy whipping cream from a local dairy. Their only ingredient is heavy cream. When I poured the Horizon “cream” with gellan gum down the drain, my strainer caught the “thickener”. YUK!
