A: Skillet: -Preheat skillet on medium/high heat. -Place frozen fillets in a single layer into skillet and cook for 10 -11 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking. Conventional Oven: -Preheat oven to 400°F. -Place frozen fillets in single layer on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. -Bake for 18-20 minutes. NOTE: For food safety and quality, please follow these cooking instructions. Keep frozen until ready to prepare – Do not refreeze. Since appliances vary, be sure to cook to a minimum temperature of 145°F before enjoying! WARNING: While every effort has been made to remove bones from this product, some bones may remain. Please use caution when consuming.

A: The tilapia used in this product is farm-raised (not wild caught), responsibly sourced, and BAP certified. The Bioengineered ingredients in question would be the modified corn starch and maltodextrin, which are used as part of the coating.

A: If the directions do not include microwave instructions, we have either not tested that cooking method, or it is not recommended. Our High Liner test kitchens have found that microwaving breaded or battered products result in a tough, chewy, and pale product. This negatively affects the quality and eating experience of our products and as a result microwaving is not supported by our product development or quality professionals. You may, however, choose to microwave based on your personal preference or preparation limitations. Please always make sure the proper internal cook temperature is achieved. It is recommended that the internal temperature for raw fish cooked by microwave be 165°F.
