  • A: I asked Good Culture the same question several months ago. They cannot produce enough to satisfy demand. Hoping that will change. It’s very good and difficult to find.

  • A: 9 months later and still always out of stock (unless you get lucky and happen to check in the half hour after they put the few they do get in on the shelf). It’s maddening. But it’s a supplier issue for sure because the only other store within an hour radius is the same way at both locations. And you can’t trust the app because they (at Target and the other store) don’t update for up to 24 hours.

  • A: It is not lactose=free. The lactose=free variety is not shown on the Target website, but it IS shown on Shoprite's website, if you would like to see what the label looks like. or buy it there.

    Smooth taste, not bitter

    I love this cottage cheese. It has a nice smooth taste and isn’t watery. I add it to a lot of my dishes as a sneaky way to add protein to my daily routine. I love baking with it too. I replace ricotta with it in my stuffed shells and lasagna. The only bad part is Target is the only store that carries it near me and can’t keep it in stock at my store.

    Great taste! Has thick but smooth texture! Not runny. Has minimal and all natural ingredients. 14g protein in 1/2 cup! Not too salty but would be better if they lowered the salt just a little. Frequently not in stock - anywhere. Wish price was lower.
