Not a child friendly product

The pictures come right off whenever they come into contact with water. Not a child friendly product.

Melissa and doug first play puzzel

I just received this today. I was so excited to give this to my baby to play with that I didn’t inspect it before removing the plastic wrap. If I had paid attention I would have noticed there is damage to the puzzle pieces. Cute puzzle and my daughter likes it or else I would have returned.

Disappointed

So this one is with animal sounds, but the sound are so poor and it's start to sing in the middle of the night without sameone to tache it. So really disappointed

Please give me a call at 800 284 3948. I would love to speak with you and help you with this right away! Here are a few tips about our sound puzzles. Our sound puzzles are light activated. Once new batteries have been installed, it is best to use your puzzle in a brightly lit room. When you remove a puzzle piece from the board you will see a little circle - that is the light sensor. Once the sensor has been exposed to light, you will hear the sound when you replace the puzzle piece back into the board. Best, Carrie

highly recommend

Great Puzzle! We bought it for my 3 yr old when she turned 1 and now her little sister is 1 and she loves it just as much! Perfect first puzzle for littles. Pieces are large and knobs are perfect for little hands.
