COOK THOROUGHLY TO A TEMPERATURE OF 165° F. COOK ONLY ONE PRODUCT AT A TIME. PROMPTLY REFRIGERATE ANY LEFTOVERS. REHEAT BEFORE SERVING. Microwave Instructions MICROWAVE OVENS VARY - ADJUST COOKING TIMES AS NEEDED TO REACH 165°F AS MEASURED BY A FOOD THERMOMETER TAKEN IN SEVERAL SPOTS. 1. Birds Eye frozen Brussels sprouts are convenient but hit or miss. They can turn out mushy if overcooked and lack the fresh, nutty flavor of roasted sprouts. Best when sautéed or air-fried, not just steamed.

BRUSSEL SPROUT FREAK!!
I LOVE brussel sprouts and this product did not disappoint! I like my steamed sprouts on the slightly soft side so I added an extra 2 minutes to the microwave cook time. CAME OUT PERFECT! Smothered with butter and a pinch of salt... I ate the whole bag for supper. Easy and no cleanup! Loved that part too!! A bit expensive for 8oz but overall was worth the price.

Disappointing
I purchased this recently and just made it tonight. There were barely any in the package and despite being cooked strictly following the directions on the bag, they tasted gross and the texture was incredibly mushy.
