  • A: Current packaging doesn’t have air fryer instructions, but we have new packaging coming soon that will include those! Pre heat air fryer to 350°F. Place salmon skin-side down in air fryer basket. Thawed: Bake 11-15 minutes. Frozen: Bake 17-20 minutes. NOTE: These instructions are only a guideline. Reference Air Fryer Instruction Manual.

  • A: No, all C.Wirthy salmon products are skin-on. Salmon skin is fully edible, can have high concentrations of Omega-3 fatty acid, and is great for grilling! If you do not wish to consume the skin, the salmon should separate easily from the skin after cooking according to the package directions.

    Contents are not as pictured on the box

    The packaging is highly misleading. This product used to be consistent with contents matching what is pictured on the box. I’ve gotten so many boxes containing tail sections and not the loin/center cut that is pictured on the box. I’m done buying these!!

    Terrible Service!!!

    I usually don’t write bad reviews on here. Recently, I noticed the service I received from Target were terrible. I placed online orders for pickup and when I picked them, one item was missing. I went inside and told them about it. They went inside and found the item and gave it to me. Earlier this week, I made several grocery purchases online including this fish and tuna fish. When I checked my orders, I read message that this item was out of stock. And when I picked up my orders, the tuna fish was missing. I went inside the store and told the person who brought my groceries to my car. She went inside and gave it to me. I decided to buy one more item. I then saw the same item they said was out of stock was in the frozen section. I don’t think it is worth shopping here anymore.

    These are a big hit in our house. I try to keep some on hand for busy nights when I med something quick and easy without resorting to ordering takeout. Other brands of frozen salmon sometimes taste kind of “fishy,” but these always taste like we just bought them fresh from the seafood market. Great taste, texture, and the seasoning is on point. My son who typically hates salmon even digs on this because he likes the blackened seasoning. They’re a little high in sodium, but most “blackened” products are.

    As others have said... BEWARE the bones!!

    We have eaten these for quite a while and have found quite a few small bones. However, tonight there was a big and HARD bone. Thank God I found it. It's scary to think I might have swallowed it. I have 3 packages left - they are all going in the trash.

    Easy to make and taste fine.

    I bought this as a quick dinner and it definitely ticks that box. It tastes fine but I think I can season it better. I haven’t had issues with bones and saying each filet has more than 20g is saturated fats is nuts & wrong. I likely won’t buy it again just because seasoning isn’t difficult or time consuming enough to justify the “convenience fee.”
