Your product body armor light is very good but even my son who's a carpenter has a hard time opening your bottles. You have made them so hard to open. We usually have to use a knife to cut them around it to even get them started to open. Otherwise I'd be buying the product all the time, but for that reason the waves tightened them up to the point that you can't even get into the bottles. I won't be buying your product again

They didn’t bother bagging my order. They put it in our trunk, which where we put our stroller. The stroller’s wheels are dirty from places we’ve been to and we have to put the drinks in the fridge. Obviously I had to wash and disinfect the bottles before putting in the fridge. T

Delicious, but VERY hard to open
The caps on these are usually WAAAY too tight. I'm an average strength/size woman, and REALLY struggle to open them. It hurts my hand/arm. I sometimes need to ask my dad or boyfriend to do it for me. The company really needs to adjust that! If not for the cap issue, I'd rate these a 5/5. Delicious and very hydrating
